What we do

Lead Service
Settling cracks, hail bruising, water intrusion behind failed flashing, delamination at the base. We find what actually caused the failure first, because patching over a moisture problem just buys you a year. Then we rebuild the substrate, match the texture by hand, and blend the color so you cannot find the repair from the driveway.

Elastomeric and acrylic systems specified for high-altitude UV. Pressure wash, prep, prime, two coats. Color that holds instead of chalking out in three summers.

Interior and exterior. Scrape, sand, caulk, prime, then two full coats of a top-brand system. The prep is where the years come from, so the prep is not optional.

Grey, splintered, cupping boards. We strip the dead finish, low-pressure wash, sand smooth, swap failed boards and fasteners, then seal and stain. The wood comes back.

Solid-color paint or semi-transparent stain, chosen for how you actually use the deck and how much sun it takes. Cleaned, sanded, sealed, topcoated.

Reflective elastomeric for flat and low-slope roofs. Seals hairline splits before they become leaks, drops summer attic temperature, and buys years before a tear-off.

Tile, metal, or shingle. Specialty primers and topcoats matched to the roof material, not a one-size drum. Curb appeal back at a fraction of replacement.

Why Fox
At 6,000 feet the UV index runs higher than sea level year round, the temperature can swing forty degrees in a day, and hail season is real. Coatings that are fine in Dallas chalk out here in a few summers.
So we do not pick a product and apply it to everything. We look at the substrate, the exposure, the elevation, and what failed last time, then specify a system that matches. That is the whole difference between a job that lasts and a job that looks good for one season.

Coatings are chemistry on a clock. Skip a station or rush a cure window and the failure shows up next spring, not next week.

Cost Free
Wash, scrape, sand, cut out failed stucco, rebuild the substrate, caulk the joints, mask everything that is not getting coated.

The right primer for the substrate: masonry, bare wood, chalked paint, or metal each want a different bonding chemistry.
Cure before topcoat Required
Two full coats at manufacturer spread rate. Not one heavy pass. Applied inside the product's temperature and humidity window, which is why we schedule around weather.
Minimum 2 coats
We walk the finished property with you before we call it done. Anything you flag gets fixed while the crew and the equipment are still on site.
